Straubenhardt, 25. Oktober 2021 – Die POLYRACK TECH-GROUP nimmt vom 16.-18. November 2021 an der Space Tech Expo Europe live vor Ort teil und zeigt in Halle 5, Stand P34 innovative Gehäuse- und Systemlösungen für die Luft- und Raumfahrt. Das Portfolio reicht von Standardprodukten bis hin zu kundenspezifischen Prozess- und Produktentwicklungen.
Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität besitzen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oberste Priorität. Als Bestätigung für ihr umfassendes und lückenloses Qualitätsmanagement in der Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche entlang der gesamten Lieferkette hat die POLYRACK Aerospace GmbH in 2020 die EN 9100 Zertifizierung von der DEKRA erhalten.
Speziell auf raue Umgebungen ausgelegt ist die hochbelastbare Gehäuseplattform Rugged MIL ½ Short ATR Chassis. Sie schützt Elektronikkomponenten vor mechanischen, klimatischen, chemischen und elektrischen Einflüssen und ist als salzbadgelötete Aluminiumkonstruktion sowie als Blech-Biegelösung nach ARINC 404A erhältlich. Die Plattform ist passiv gekühlt und entspricht den Spezifikationen MIL-Standard 810 und ARINC 404A. Außerdem lässt sich das ATR Chassis mithilfe von Netzteilen, I/O-Verbindungskarten und Backplanes nach VITA-Standard (VMEbus, VME64x, VPX, OpenVPX) oder PICMG-Standard (CPCI, CPCI Serial, CPCI Plus I/O) zu einem Gesamtsystem konfigurieren.
Für Anwendungen im Rugged-Bereich führt POLYRACK ein kundenspezifisches SFF-ATR und eine 3-Slot-Open-VPX-Backplane im Programm. Das System verfügt über ein geringes Gewicht und einen horizontalen Kartenkorb, der sich mit Karten mit einer Leistungsaufnahme von bis zu 60W bestücken lässt. Es erreicht die Schutzklasse IP65 und kommt unter anderem in Hubschraubern zum Einsatz. Neben der 3-Slot-Variante ist zudem eine 5-Slot Variante nach ARINC 404A-Standard verfügbar. Systeme nach ARINC600 kommen sowohl als Blechapplikationen sowie als gefräste Aluminiumvarianten in zivilen und militärischen Luftfahrtanwendungen zum Einsatz.

Safety, reliability and quality are first priority in the aerospace industry. The POLYRACK Aerospace GmbH has achieved the EN 9100 certification from DEKRA in 2020 as an acknowledgement of its comprehensive and seamless quality management in the aerospace industry along the entire supply chain.
The Rugged MIL ½ Short ATR Chassis is an extremely rugged enclosure platform designed particularly for harsh environments. It protects electronic components from mechanical, climatic, chemical and electrical influences and is available as a dip brazed aluminum construction as well as a sheet metal bending solution according to ARINC 404A. The platform has a passive cooling system (conduction cooled) and complies with MIL Standard 810 and ARINC 404A specifications. In addition, the ATR chassis can easily be adapted into a complete system, using power supplies, I/O interconnect cards and backplanes according to VITA standard (VMEbus, VME64x, VPX, OpenVPX) or PICMG standard (CPCI, CPCI Serial, CPCI Plus I/O).
For rugged applications, POLYRACK offers a customized SFF-ATR and a 3-slot open VPX backplane. The system is lightweight and has a horizontal card cage that can be equipped with cards with a power consumption of up to 60W. It complies with protection class IP65 and is used in helicopters, among other applications. In addition to the 3-slot version, a 5-slot version according to ARINC 404A standard is also available. Systems according to ARINC600 are used both as sheet metal applications and as milled aluminum variants in civil and military aviation applications.

The compact quick colour change system creates increased production flexibility, which enables an increase in production capacity.
In addition, the machine creates ideal working conditions for the manual coaters thanks to a strong suction power at the entrance and exit of the booth, which prevents powder leakage and guarantees a clean working environment.
