Straubenhardt, 12. Dezember 2018 – Die POLYRACK TECH-GROUP präsentiert vom 26. Februar bis 28. Februar 2019 auf der embedded world in Nürnberg (Halle 3, Stand 349) neben einer Vielzahl an Gehäusesystemen auch kundenspezifische Systemapplikationen aus verschiedenen Branchen und Einsatzgebieten inklusive Elektronikintegration und Auswahl von HMI- und MMI-Anwendungen.
Für den Embedded-Bereich, insbesondere für industrielle Umgebungen, präsentiert POLYRACK die PanelPC 2-Serie. Diese Panel-PC-Lösungen der Schutzklasse IP54 sind in Größen von 10,1‘‘ bis 21,5‘‘ sowie in unterschiedlichen Materialvarianten von gefrästem Aluminium bis hin zur Blechbiegelösung verfügbar. Als Bedienoberfläche stehen resistive Single-Touch- oder Multi-Touch-fähige kapazitive Touchscreens (PCAP) in unterschiedlichen Glasstärken zur Auswahl. Kundenspezifische Bedruckung und Anti-Fingerprint-Beschichtungen sind auf Wunsch möglich. Um die Vorteile unterschiedlicher Werkstoffe zu nutzen, stehen Kunden für die Realisierung individueller Anforderungen außerdem weitere Technologien zur Materialauswahl zur Verfügung, wie z.B. Kunststoff und Guss - auch in Materialkombination.
Small Form Factor mit EmbedTEC: Das Aluminium-Tischgehäuse ist die elegante Verpackung für kleine Formfaktoren wie embedded NUC (eNUC), pico-ITX (pITX, 2,5“), SMARC, QSeven und SBCs wie den Raspberry Pi. Es verfügt über ein austauschbares I/O-Shield und einen massiven Aluminiumdeckel zur Wärmeabfuhr. Für höhere Leistungen lässt sich dieser durch einen Kühlkörper ersetzen, perforierte Seitenwände und Ventilatoren steigern die Kühlleistung bei Bedarf nochmals. Für Anwendungen im Bereich Automatisierung und IoT bietet POLYRACK zudem vielfältige Anpassungen und Montageoptionen.
Weitere Gehäuseserien wie SmarTEC für hochwertige Systeme wie passiv gekühlte Mini-PCs, EmbedTEC für Embedded Computing und HMI-Anwendungen sowie Backplanes für den High-Speed-Bereich mit den Standards VPX und CompactPCI Serial vervollständigen das Portfolio des Gehäusespezialisten POLYRACK. For the embedded market, particularly for industrial environments, POLYRACK presents its PanelPC 2-series. These Panel-PC-solutions satisfy the protection class IP54 and are available in sizes from 10.1‘‘ to 21.5‘‘ as well as in different materials such as milled aluminium or sheet metal bending solutions. Resistive single-touch or multi-touch capable touchscreens (PCAP) in different glass thicknesses are options for the user interface. Customer specific printing and anti-fingerprint coating are available on request. In order to use the advantages of different materials, other technologies are available for customers to realize individual requirements in materials, such as plastics and castings – also in a material combination mix.

Straubenhardt, 9. Oktober 2018 – Die POLYRACK Electronic-Aufbausysteme GmbH hat vor kurzem die Klassifizierung nach der DIN EN 45545 für die Kartenführungen erworben und erfüllt somit alle technischen Anforderung im Bereich Brandschutz nach DIN EN 45545-2:2016-02.
Die DIN regelt den Brandschutz aller Produkte, die in Schienenfahrzeugen verwendet werden und über ein mögliches Brandschutzpotential verfügen.
Das Produkt Kartenführung kommt überwiegend in Bahnanwendungen zum Einsatz und unterliegt gewissen Brandschutz-Richtlinien bei Schienenfahrzeugen im Personenverkehr. Die Brandschutzverordnung konkretisiert die Anforderungen an das Brandverhalten der im Fahrzeug verbauten Materialien und Komponenten, um Personen in Notsituationen ausreichend Schutz zu garantieren und eine wirksame Evakuierung und Rettung zu ermöglichen. POLYRACK erreichte ein Klassifizierungsergebnis der Kartenführung nach Anforderungssatz R24 für die Gefährdungsstufe HL3 welches die höchste Einstufung nach der Hazardlevel-Tabelle ist, um Konstrukteuren der Fahrzeughersteller ein Höchstmaß an Planungssicherheit zu geben. Mit der Klassifizierung DIN EN 45545-2 garantiert POLYRACK seinen Kunden sichere und hochqualitative Kartenführungen für Schienenfahrzeuge.
Straubenhardt, 08. October 2018 - POLYRACK Electronic-Aufbausysteme GmbH has received the classification according to DIN EN 45545 for their card guides and fulfils the requirements for fire protection of materials and components on railway vehicles.
The DIN EN-standard regulates the fire protection of all products that are used in rail vehicles which have a potential for fire protection.
The card guides are common in railway applications and are subject to certain fire protection guidelines for passenger rail vehicles. The fire protection regulation specifies the requirements of fire performance for materials and components which are installed in the vehicle to allow an effective evacuation and rescue of persons in case of emergencies. POLYRACK achieved a classification result according to the requirement set R24 for the hazard level HL3. This is the highest possible classification stated in the hazard level table and provides construction engineers of railway vehicles a maximum of planning certainty.
POLYRACK guarantees its customers safe and high-grade card guides for rail vehicles according to DIN EN 45545-2.
Straubenhardt, 08. Octobre 2018 – POLYRACK Electronic-Aufbausysteme GmbH a récemment obtenu la qualification de ses guide-cartes selon la norme DIN EN 45545-2:2016-02 et satisfait ainsi toutes les exigences techniques du domaine de la protection contre les incendies dans les véhicules ferroviaires.
La norme DIN EN 45545-2 régit les exigences du comportement au feu des matériaux et des composants qui sont utilisés dans les véhicules ferroviaires.
Le produit guide-cartes est principalement utilisé dans les applications ferroviaires et soumis aux directives de protection contre les incendies dans les véhicules ferroviaires pour le transport des voyageurs. La réglementation en matière de protection contre les incendies définit les exigences du comportement au feu des matériaux et des composants utilisés dans les véhicules ferroviaires, dans le but de garantir une protection suffisante des personnes en cas de situation d'urgence et afin de permettre une évacuation et un sauvetage efficaces. POLYRACK a obtenu un classement des ses guide-cartes selon les exigences R24 pour un niveau de danger HL3, qui est le niveau de classification le plus élevé possible ; le but étant de donner aux concepteurs et constructeurs de matériels roulants le plus haut niveau de certitude possible.

Mit einem Begrüßungstag sind 15 junge Menschen am 01.09.2018 ins Berufsleben gestartet.
Neben zwei Konstruktionsmechanikern, zwei Fachkräfte für Metalltechnik, einem technischen Produktdesigner, vier Werkzeugmechanikern sowie drei Industriekaufleuten, begrüßen wir dieses Jahr auch neu bei uns drei Zerspanungsmechaniker.
Wir freuen uns auch Anfang Oktober eine duale Hochschülerin für den Studiengang BWL-Industrie begrüßen zu dürfen. Aktuell sind 33 Auszubildende bei der POLYRACK TECH-GROUP beschäftigt. Die sieben Ausbildungsverantwortlichen werden ihr Bestes geben, damit die jungen Menschen schnell in den jeweiligen Arbeitsbereichen Fuß fassen und mit den anderen Mitazubis und Kollegen gut vernetzt werden.
Die Ausbildung eigener Fachkräfte nimmt bei uns einen hohen Stellenwert ein. In einem familiär geprägten Unternehmen lernen unsere Auszubildenden alles, was sie für das spätere Berufsleben benötigen.

This year we are glad to welcome two construction mechanics, two professionals for metal technology, one technical product designer, four tool mechanics, three industrial clerks as well as three cutting machine operator. At the beginning of October, we look forward to welcoming a dual high school student to study business administration.
POLYRACK TECH-GROUP currently employs 33 trainees. All seven clerks responsible for the apprenticeship will do their best to support the young people to establish a foothold in their respective work areas as well as a network with the other trainees and colleagues.
The training of own specialists is of great importance to us and in a family run company the trainees learn everything they need for their future working live.
