Unser diesjähriger Azubi-Ausflug führte unsere Auszubildenden aus allen drei Jahrgängen auf den Sommerberg in Bad Wildbad – ein Tag voller Natur, Abenteuer und Teamgeist!
Gestartet sind wir auf dem Baumwipfelpfad, wo uns eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Schwarzwald erwartete.
Vom Aussichtsturm des Baumwipfelpfads genossen wir einen beeindruckenden 360-Grad-Blick über den Schwarzwald, und für den Rückweg sorgte die Rutsche für eine Extraportion Spaß! Weiter ging es durch den Märchenwald zur spektakulären Wildline: 380 Meter lang und 60 Meter hoch, eine echte Mutprobe, die unsere Azubis mit Bravour meisterten. Nach einer kurzen Wanderung stärkten wir uns in der gemütlichen Grünhütte bei einem leckeren Mittagessen. Gestärkt und gut gelaunt wanderten wir vorbei am Wildsee zurück zum Parkplatz, wo uns der Bus wieder nach Hause brachte.
Ein rundum gelungener Tag, der nicht nur für tolle Erlebnisse sorgte, sondern auch den Zusammenhalt unter unseren Auszubildenden weiter gestärkt hat.
This year's trainee trip took our experts of tomorrow from all three years to the Sommerberg in Bad Wildbad – a day full of nature, adventure, and team spirit!
We started on the Baumwipfelpfad, where we were greeted by a beautiful view of the Black Forest. From the observation tower of the Baumwipfelpfad, we enjoyed an impressive 360-degree view over the Black Forest, and the slide provided an extra dose of fun on the way back!

We continued through the Märchenwald to the spectacular Wildline: 380 meters long and 60 meters high, a real test of courage that our trainees mastered with flying colors. After a short hike, we refueled with a delicious lunch in the cozy Grünhütte. Refreshed and in good spirits, we hiked past the Wildsee back to the parking lot, where the bus took us home again.
It was an all-around successful day that not only provided great experiences, but also further strengthened the team spirit among our trainees.

Nous avons commencé par le Baumipfelpfad, où nous avons pu profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la Forêt-Noire.
Depuis la tour d'observation du Baumwipfelpfad, nous avons pu admirer une vue impressionnante à 360 degrés sur la Forêt-Noire, et pour le retour, le toboggan nous a offert une dose supplémentaire d'adrénaline.

Nous avons poursuivi notre chemin à travers la Märchenwald jusqu'à la spectaculaire Wildline : 380 mètres de long et 60 mètres de haut, un véritable test de courage que nos apprentis ont maîtrisé avec brio. Après une courte randonnée, nous avons repris des forces dans la confortable Grünhütte autour d'un délicieux déjeuner. Revigorés et de bonne humeur, nous avons longé le lac Wildsee pour retourner au parking, où le bus nous a ramenés à la maison.
Une journée réussie sur toute la ligne, qui nous a non seulement permis de vivre de belles expériences, mais aussi de renforcer la cohésion entre nos apprentis.

The time has come: Our new trainees are here! We are happy to welcome the 14 new members of team POLYRACK, who started their training in the commercial and industrial sectors on September 1st.
As the first building element in professional life, training at POLYRACK has a special significance: in addition to sound specialist knowledge, we offer the opportunity to develop personally, take on responsibility and thus create real prospects for the own professional future. Our goal is to prepare our trainees optimally for their professional career – with plenty of practical experience, know-how from long-standing colleagues, individual support and a strong team spirit.
