POLYRACK schreitet auf seinem Wachstumskurs weiter voran: Mit dem Ausbau des Werkes in Ettlingen nähe Karlsruhe (Deutschland) reagiert POLYRACK auf die stetige Nachfrage und die dadurch zusätzlich benötigten Fertigungskapazitäten. Bereits im vergangenen Jahr wurde die Produktionsfläche in Ettlingen um 1.200 m² erweitert und mit dem Kapazitätsausbau der Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Schweiß- und Biegetechnologie begonnen. Im zweiten Schritt wurde in den Bereich der Schleiftechnologie investiert und mit modernsten und automatisierten Produktionstechnologien ausgestattet. Somit ist nicht nur die Erhöhung der Fertigungskapazität sichergestellt, sondern auch eine weitere Steigerung der Qualität unserer Produkte gewährleistet.Den POLYRACK Kunden kann somit auch weiterhin der beste Service, gepaart mit termingerechter Lieferfähigkeit, geboten werden.
POLYRACK continues its growth: with the expansion of its plant in Ettlingen near Karlsruhe (Germany) POLYRACK responds to the constant demand and the resulting additionally required production capacities. Last year, the production area in Ettlingen was already expanded by 1200 m² and the start for the capacity expansion of the production equipment in welding and bending technologies was initiated. In a second step, POLYRACK took an additional invest in the grinding / deburring process and equipped it with state-of-the-art automated production technologies. All of this will not only safeguard a higher production capacity, but also guarantees a further improvement in product quality. POLYRACK guarantees its customers the known top service and on-time delivery.

This subsidiary will serve the aerospace industry supplier market with customer-specific products in the future.

Für sie hat ein neuer Lebensabschnitt begonnen. Die Rede ist von den sieben Auszubildenden, die am 01.09.2020 von unserer Geschäftsleitung, Personalleitung sowie den Ausbildern willkommen geheißen wurden. „Ich freue mich sehr, Sie hier bei POLYRACK als Auszubildende begrüßen zu dürfen und dass Sie sich für eine Ausbildung bei der POLYRACK TECH-GROUP entschieden haben“, sagte CEO Andreas Rapp. Nach einem gemeinsamen Begrüßungs- und Einführungstag starten alle Auszubildenden direkt in ihren jeweiligen Bereichen ins Berufsleben. Für die nächsten drei Jahre werden sie in den Berufen Industriekaufleute, Industriemechaniker, Fachkräfte für Metalltechnik sowie Zerspanungsmechaniker ausgebildet. Aktuell sind 23 Auszubildende sowie 3 duale Hochschüler bei der POLYRACK TECH-GROUP beschäftigt, was zeigt welch einen hohen Stellenwert die Ausbildung der eigenen Fachkräfte bei uns einnimmt. A new chapter in their lives has begun. We are talking about the seven trainees who were welcomed on 01.09.2020 by our management, personnel management and the supervisors.
"I am very pleased to welcome you here at POLYRACK and that you have decided to do your apprenticeship with the POLYRACK TECH-GROUP", said CEO Andreas Rapp.
After a joint welcoming and introduction day, all trainees will start their professional life directly in their respective areas. For the next three years, they will be trained in the professions of industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, metal technology specialist and cutting machine operator.
At the moment, 23 trainees and 3 dual students are employed by the POLYRACK TECH-GROUP, which shows the great importance of training our own specialists.
We wish all new trainees a successful start, lots of fun and success for this new chapter in their lives.
Pour ces jeunes, une nouvelle phase de la vie a commencé. Il s'agit des 7 apprentis qui ont été accueillis par notre direction, la direction du personnel et les formateurs le 01.09.2020.

Après une journée commune d'accueil et d'introduction, tous les apprentis commenceront leur vie professionnelle directement dans leur domaine respectif. Au cours des trois prochaines années, ils seront formés aux professions d'employé industriel, de mécanicien industriel, de spécialiste en technologie des métaux et d'opérateur de machine de découpe.
Actuellement, 23 apprenits et 3 étudiants en double cursus universitaire sont employés par le POLYRACK TECH-GROUP, ce qui montre la grande importance que nous attachons à la formation de nos propres spécialistes.
Nous souhaitons à tous les nouveaux apprentis un bon départ, beaucoup de plaisir et de succès pour cette nouvelle étape de leur vie.
Wir gratulieren unseren Auszubildenden zur bestandenen Abschlussprüfung der Ausbildung!In Praxis und Theorie haben unsere insgesamt 7 Auszubildenden in den Berufen Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Industriekaufmann/-frau sowie Fachkraft für Metalltechnik vollen Einsatz gezeigt und exzellente Ergebnisse erzielt. Eine unserer Auszubildenden wurde dieses Jahr sogar mit dem Fritz-Erler-Preis, der für einen Notendurchschnitt von 1,3 oder besser vergeben wird, ausgezeichnet.Wir bedanken uns sehr bei allen Auszubildenden für den Einsatz und das Engagement während der Ausbildung und freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit in den Abteilungen. We congratulate our trainees on passing the final exams of their apprenticeship!In practice and theory, our 7 trainees, in the professions of process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, industrial clerk and specialist for metal technology showed full commitment and achieved excellent results.This year, one of our trainees was even awarded the Fritz Erler Prize, which is given for a grade point average of 1.3 or better.We would like to thank all trainees for their dedication and commitment during their training and look forward to further cooperation in the different departments.
