Durch das kompakte Schnellfarbwechselsystem entsteht eine erhöhte Produktionsflexibilität, welche eine Steigerung der Produktionskapazität ermöglicht. In order to optimize its existing technology and machinery, RAPP Oberflächenbearbeitung GmbH, a POLYRACK TECH-GROUP company, has invested in a new powder coating system, thus expanding its production capacity.The smooth and even airflow of the new powder coating machine is ideal for automatic coating and helps to improve coating quality. The compact quick colour change system creates increased production flexibility, which enables an increase in production capacity.
In addition, the machine creates ideal working conditions for the manual coaters thanks to a strong suction power at the entrance and exit of the booth, which prevents powder leakage and guarantees a clean working environment.
The surface treatment stands for visible perfection. Individual ideas can be realised via the gloss levels matt, silky gloss, glossy as well as in the versions smooth, fine structure and coarse structure.
