Die POLYRACK TECH-GROUP präsentiert vom 26. bis 28. November 2019 auf der SPS in Nürnberg (Halle 3C, Stand 531) neben einer Vielzahl an Gehäusesystemen auch kundenspezifische Systemapplikationen aus verschiedenen Branchen und Einsatzgebieten inklusive Elektronikintegration und Auswahl von HMI- und MMI-Anwendungen.
Für die Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik, insbesondere für industrielle Umgebungen, präsentiert POLYRACK die PanelPC 2-Serie. Diese Panel-PC-Lösungen der Schutzklasse IP54 sind in Größen von 10,1‘‘ bis 21,5‘‘ sowie in unterschiedlichen Materialvarianten von gefrästem Aluminium bis hin zur Blechbiegelösung verfügbar. Als Bedienoberfläche stehen resistive Single-Touch- oder Multi-Touch-fähige kapazitive Touchscreens (PCAP) in unterschiedlichen Glasstärken zur Auswahl. So können beispielsweise auch Bedienkonzepte mit Gestensteuerung für eine smarte Produktion projektiert werden. Small Form Factor mit EmbedTEC: Das Aluminium-Tischgehäuse ist die elegante Verpackung für kleine Formfaktoren wie embedded NUC (eNUC), pico-ITX (pITX, 2,5“), SMARC, QSeven und SBCs wie den Raspberry Pi. Es verfügt über ein austauschbares I/O-Shield und einen massiven Aluminiumdeckel zur Wärmeabfuhr. Am Dienstag den 03.09.2019 war es soweit. Der Azubisauflug zur Grünhütte sowie entlang des Baumwipfelpfads stand vor der Tür. Mit dem Ziel die 5km entfernte Grünhütte zu erreichen, sind wir Dienstagmorgens aufgebrochen. Die wundervolle Natur brachte uns Freude, Motivation sowie eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Neben dem wunderschönen Wetter, hatten wir auch noch die Gelegenheit uns näher kennenzulernen. Nachdem wir die Hälfte der Wanderung geschafft hatten, konnten wir die Pfannkuchen schon beinahe riechen.
Endlich angekommen, haben wir es uns auf der Terrasse der Grünhütte gemütlich gemacht und die Sonnenstrahlen genossen. Daraufhin haben wir die bekannten Heidelbeer-Pfannkuchen gegessen. Währenddessen konnten wir unsere Ausbilder und Kollegen besser kennenlernen. Nachdem wir uns gestärkt hatten, traten wir den Rückweg an. Unser nächstes Ziel war der Baumwipfelpfad.
Aufgrund unserer vollen Mägen, legten wir mehrere Pausen ein und konnten so besser die Natur genießen. So erlangten wir zusätzlich die Möglichkeit unsere persönlichen Interessen auszutauschen, dies zu einem guten Klima beigetragen hat.
Um zum letzten Ziel zu gelangen, mussten wir einen abenteuerlichen Weg mit reichlichen Hindernissen und einem spannenden Parcours bezwingen. Oben angekommen, konnten wir die wunderschöne Aussicht über Bad Wildbad und dem Schwarzwald genießen. Als Belohnung durften wir abschließend mit der 32m hohen Rutsche nach unten rutschen. Gegen Nachmittag haben wir uns voller Freude auf den Weg zurück zum Betrieb gemacht.

Mit einem Begrüßungstag sind 7 junge Menschen am 02.09.2019 ins Berufsleben gestartet.
Neben zwei Konstruktionsmechanikern, einem Zerspanungsmechaniker, einem technischen Produktdesigner sowie zwei Industriekaufleuten, begrüßen wir dieses Jahr auch einen Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration.
Wir freuen uns auch Anfang Oktober einen dualen Hochschüler für den Studiengang BWL-Industrie begrüßen zu dürfen.
Aktuell sind 32 Auszubildende bei der POLYRACK TECH-GROUP beschäftigt. Die Geschäftsleitung, die Personalleitung sowie die Ausbilder begrüßten die neuen Auszubildenden herzlich und wünschten ihnen einen erfolgreichen Start in ihr Berufsleben. Die Ausbilder werden ihr Bestes geben, damit die jungen Menschen schnell in den jeweiligen Arbeitsbereichen Fuß fassen und mit den anderen Auszubildenden, Mitarbeitern und Kollegen gut vernetzt werden.
Die Ausbildung eigener Fachkräfte nimmt bei uns einen hohen Stellenwert ein. In einem familiär geprägten Unternehmen lernen unsere Auszubildenden alles, was sie für das spätere Berufsleben benötigen.
