Die modulare Open Frame Test -und Entwicklungsplattform kann in VME/64x und VPX basierten Embedded-Anwendungen verwendet werden. Das Entwicklungssystem in robuster Aluminium-Ausführung kann 3HE-Busplatinen mit bis zu 10 Slots im 1,0 wie auch im 0,8 Zoll Raster aufnehmen. Die Plattform unterstützt jede Kombination von konvektions- oder konduktionsgekühlten 3HE Karten auf Front- und Rückseite.
Das System erlaubt Applikationsingenieuren und Systementwicklern den allseitigen Zugriff auf Einsteckkarten und Backplane. Für effiziente Kühlung sorgen vier Hochleistungs-Lüfter mit je 120 CFM, welche unter dem Kartenkorb montiert sind. Das schwarz pulverbeschichtete Gehäuse verfügt rückseitig über ein IEC-Netzeingangsmodul mit Filter, Netzschalter und Sicherungen. Ein separater Erdungsanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein modulares Stromversorgungskonzept mit breitem Leistungsspektrum rundet diese Plattform ab.
Optional können zusätzlich Seitenplatten und das Deckblech montiert werden um EMV-Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
Die Plattform bietet auch RTM (rear transmission module) Unterstützung.

19‘‘-Baugruppenträger Future von POLYRACK halten starker mechanischer Beanspruchung stand.
Straubenhardt, 3. August 2016 – Die robuste Baugruppenträger Serie Future der POLYRACK TECH-GROUP kann individuell angepasst werden. Sie ist für unterschiedliche Schirmkonzepte und Einsatzgebiete in rauen Umgebungen wie der Bahntechnik ausgelegt.
Für Anwendungen in anspruchsvoller Umgebung hat POLYRACK seine Future-Baugruppenträger besonders robust entwickelt. Dank der zweifach-Verschraubung der stabilen Profile sowie der getoxten Version der Seitenwände erfüllt die Serie Future die Anforderungen an ein „rüttelfestes“ Produkt und qualifiziert sich damit für den Einsatz bei der Deutschen Bahn (nach LES-DB) sowie des französischen Bahnwesens (NF-F).
Je nach Anforderungsprofil lassen sich mit den Standardteilen der Serie Future verschiedenste Konfigurationen zusammenstellen. Die Grundaufbauten unterscheiden sich in Rüttelfestigkeit und Schirmkonzept: Bei dem Schirmkonzept „EMV-Feder“ tragen die Eckwinkel eine Nut zum Einclipsen von Federelementen, beim Konzept „EMV-Dichtung“ besitzen sie einen Schenkel zum Einkleben eines CuNi beschichteten Gewebes. POLYRACK führt auch eine nach IEEE 1101.1/IEEE 1101.10 kompatible Variante mit Frontprofilen und Rasterlochung im Sortiment. Für einen robusten Aufbau sorgen Kombinationen aus formschlüssig getoxten und doppelt verschraubten Seitenwand-Eckwinkel und Seitenwand Abschlussblenden. Durch die Profilpositionierung im 10mm-Raster ist auch ein dualer Ausbau möglich.
Weitere Varianten können mit Hilfe der Einzelteile individuell zusammengestellt werden. Beispiel für eine kundenspezifische Ausführung ist ein Baugruppenträger auf Basis der Future-Serie, den POLYRACK erfolgreich nach EN 60068 zertifizieren ließ. Mit seinem Gewicht von 10 kg hält er Schockbelastungen von bis zu 5G stand und eignet sich damit für den Einsatz in Umgebungen mit starker mechanischer Beanspruchung, wie in Bahnwaggons, im Kraftwerksbau, in Minen oder LKWs. Neben der Entwicklung und kundenspezifischen Anpassung bis zum fertigen Produkt übernimmt POLYRACK auch die Zertifizierung der Bauträger mit akkreditierten Partnern, wie z.B. dem TÜV Rheinland.
19‘‘-subracks Future from POLYRACK withstand strong mechanical impact
Straubenhardt (Germany), August 3, 2016 – The robust subracks series Future from POLYRACK TECH-GROUP can be individually configured. It is designed for different shielding concepts and applications in harsh environments such as railway technology.For applications in demanding environments, POLYRACK developed its Future subracks exceptionally robust. Thanks to the securing of the heavy-duty rails with two screws each side as well as the toxjoined version of the side plates, the Future series meets the requirements on a „vibration resistant“ product and therefore corresponds for use at the Deutsche Bahn (according to LES-DB) as well as the French railway system (NF-F).Depending on the demands, various configurations can be combined with the standard parts of the Future series. The basic constructions are differing in vibration resistance and shielding concept: The shielding concept “spring” carries a groove for insertion in the mounting bracket while the concept “gasket” shows a detail for a selfadhesive strip in a CuNi coated fabric. POLYRACK also has a compatible version according to IEEE 1101.1/IEEE 1101.10 with front extrusions and ejector handle perforation in its product range. Combinations of positively tox-joined and with two screws secured side plate mounting brackets and side plate corner brackets ensure a robust construction. Due to the profile positioning in 10mm increments a dual construction is also possible.Further versions can be individually configured by single components. An example for a customer-specific solution is a subrack based on the Future series that was successfully certified according to EN 60068 by POLYRACK. With its weight of 10kg, it withstands shock loads up to 5G and is suitable for use in environments with strong mechanical load, such as in rail wagons, power plants, mines or lorries. Besides the development and customer-specific adaptions up to the complete product solution, POLYRACK also provides the certification of the subracks with accredited partners, e.g. the TÜV Rheinland.

Prévues avec plusieurs solutions de blindage les bacs à cartes peuvent être utilisés dans des environnements sévères et notamment dans le domaine ferroviaire.POLYRACK a conçu ses bacs à cartes Future particulièrement robuste pour être utilisés dans desenvironnements très exigeants. Grâce au double vissage des profils et à la version sertie des flancs latéraux, la série « Future » reprend les règles d’une conception prévue pour résister aux chocs. Ainsi, ce produit est qualifié pour être mis en service pour les chemins de fers allemand « Deutsche Bahn » (d’après LES-DB) ainsi que sur le marché ferroviaire français (NF-F).Selon les applications et exigences, plusieurs configurations peuvent être réalisées avec l’utilisation de pièces standards de la série « Future ». Les versions de base se distinguent par leurs résistances aux chocs et concepts de blindage. En cas de blindage par ressort CEM, l’équerre de rackage inclus une rainure pour enclipser les ressorts. En cas de blindage par joint CEM textile l’équerre de rackage inclus dans sa section du profilé un retour pour coller un tissu revêtu de CuNi. POLYRACK propose également une variante avec profilés avant à lèvres rallongées IEEE 1101.1/IEEE 1101.10. En réalisant le sertissage des flancs latéraux avec les équerres de rackages tout en utilisant les profilés fixés par double vissage, cette configuration robuste répond à des utilisations à fortes contraintes de chocs et vibrations. Le positionnement des profilés au pas de 10 mm permet de réaliser également un assemblage « DUAL ».D’autres configurations sont réalisables en sélectionnant des composants personnalisés. Par exemple, sur une conception personnalisée ce bac à cartes sur base de la série « Future » a été certifié avec succès selon l’EN 60068. Testé avec l’intégration d’une masse de 10 kg il satisfait les tests aux chocs jusqu’à 5G et répond donc aux cahiers des charges pour certaines applications très exigeantes comme l’utilisation dans des wagons de chemins de fer, les centrales énergétiques, les mines ou les transports. En plus du développement et l’adaptation personnalisée jusqu’au produit fini, POLYRACK propose également la certification des bacs à cartes avec des partenaires accrédités comme par exemple le centre de contrôle technique «TÜV Rheinland.
