InnoTrans 2016: POLYRACK TECH-GROUP in Halle 2.1, Stand 413 Hochbelastbare Gehäuse und Panel PCs für Bahnanwendungen Straubenhardt, 11. Juli 2016 – Die POLYRACK TECH-GROUP präsentiert auf der Fachmesse InnoTrans (20.-23. September 2016 in Berlin) in Halle 2.1, Stand 413 seine langjährigen Erfahrungen und Leistungen als zertifizierter Hersteller rund um Gehäuselösungen, Panel-PCs für HMI / MMI Applikationen und ganzheitliche Beispiele für Realisierungen im Bereich des Electronic Packagings. Im Fokus der Produktpräsentationen zur InnoTrans stehen repräsentative Beispiele aus der Produktentwicklung mit den unterschiedlichsten Lösungsansätzen und Materialauswahl in der Verkehrs- und Bahntechnik.
Highlight zur Messe ist die breite Vorstellung an Panel-PCs für HMI / MMI Anwendungen, die sich in den verschiedensten Bereichen rund um die Bahntechnik einsetzen lassen, darunter der POLYRACK Panel-PC 2. Entwickelt für Panel-PC- und/oder Anzeige- und Bediensysteme, wird das Gehäuse typischerweise in industrieller Umgebung eingesetzt. Der Displayrahmen mit ansprechendem Designelement ist vorbereitet für ein 12,1“ Display, kann jedoch auch auf andere Größen angepasst werden. Durch ein zweiteiliges Konzept in Sandwichbauweise lässt sich ein einfacher und variabler Aufbau realisieren.
Die rüttelfeste 19"-Baugruppenträger-Serie FerroRAIL zielt vor allem auf anspruchsvolle Einsätze in Schienenfahrzeugen, respektive für Anwendungen der französischen Bahn / SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français). Damit können auch Anwender in anderen rauen Einsatzgebieten sicher sein, eine rundum stabile, zuverlässige und dabei gefällige Adaption für ihre standardisierten 19“-Baugruppen zu erhalten. Basis von FerroRAIL ist die bewährte BGT-Familie FUTURE. In der Version für den rollenden Schienenverkehr, mit seinen rüttelnden, stoßenden und vibrierenden Belastungen, erfolgt der Aufbau in geprüften Schritten zur jeweiligen Anforderung an das Produkt und dessen Einsatzzweck.
Die CasTEC Gehäuseserie wurde konsequent hinsichtlich des Einsatzes in rauer, industrieller Umgebung konzipiert. Die DruckgussPlattform bietet die erforderliche Robustheit mit erhöhtem IP-Schutz und gleichzeitiger EMV-Abschirmung.
