Information on RoHS
Polyrack Tech-Group products correspond to the requirements of European Directive 2003/95/EC (RoHS) unless we have been given information to the contrary. The corresponding status for each product is given in our business papers as appropriate.
If it is necessary to use materials / components that do not conform, the client shall inform us of this clearly and a separate agreement shall be required that goes beyond the mutual terms of trade.

Information on WEEE
Polyrack Tech-Group is not a manufacturer in accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE) and is therefore essentially released from this directive. Only the manufacturer of the end product may take responsibility for fulfilling the recycling rate given.
