The environmental policy of the Polyrack Tech-Group
Current information regarding the implementation of the RoHS- and WEEE directives at the Polyrack Tech-Group
The European approach for more ecological electronics is defined in the EU greenbook for integrated product policy (IPP). The directives of RoHS and WEEE are part of these measures and will be transposed into national law in all EU-states. Principally, the products of the Polyrack Tech-Group will meet the guideline of the EU-Directive 2003/95/EG (RoHS), by June 30, 2006 at the latest, according to the target date given by the legislator.

ISO 14001 is an environmental management system, especially for companies who have already set up a quality management system according to ISO 9001. These companies now want to measure and improve continously the environmental divisions of their company. Thereby the international standard ISO 14001 is the worldwide most significant directive of what an environmental management system should include and afford in companies and other organisations.
